

Billing Policies
Payment Options: We accept [Bank account, credit card and direct debit].
General Policies: You are responsible for keeping all credit card details and contact information current to keep your account in good standing. Please email [info@hypnosisnewzealand.co.nz] to update your billing information.
Billing: You will be billed automatically every 30 days (or the nearest weekday) for recurring charges, or at intervals otherwise agreed in our contract.
Billing Disputes: In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Company prior to initiating a chargeback.
Delinquency Policies: If the credit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times). We will attempt to notify you for updated contact information.
Delinquent Accounts: After [30] days without payment, your account will be considered delinquent. All accounts 30 days past due may be disabled or de-activated until balances are paid in full.
Collection Fees:
Returned Item Fee: There is a $50.00 insufficient funds check fee for returned checks in addition to the amount still due.
Late Fee: Invoices which remain unpaid after 30-days may be assessed a late fee of $50.00 per month.
Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will assess a $250.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.
Collections Fees: In the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections service, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the collections fees, in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account.
Cancellation: Cancellation of an account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or the contracted commitments. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service. This paragraph does not invalidate our refund policy.
Charge backs: Regardless of the outcome of a chargeback dispute by a credit card company or payment processor, we reserve the legal right to enforce our agreements and collect past due balances in court.
Company Policies - contact
Contact policies: Your primary contact person for HNZ Hypnotherapy Institute is Justine Lette. Justine is available from 9 am to 5 pm NZT, Monday through Friday. Justine communicates by email, facebook message and a scheduled zoom call. Please do not call to communicate.
Email policies: Please allow up to two business days for a response by email, although Company strives to respond sooner. For feedback on documents, all feedback must be included in a single email, rather than piece meal, to allow for timely and efficient responses.
Call Cancellations: Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a zoom call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.
Time Off Policy: Company is closed on weekends and state holidays. From time to time, you will be notified of additional days off.

In accessing and using any Hypnotherapy New Zealand LTD (Hypnotherapy Training Institute) webpage, any goods and/or services obtained from the site or any sites linked to from it, the user agrees that he/she alone is responsible for his/her own thoughts, words and actions - and any choices and consequences regarding interpretation and application of any of the content - and that neither Hypnosis New Zealand nor it's owners will be held responsible or liable in any way.

Hypnotherapy Training Institute takes the privacy and security of individuals and their personal information very seriously and take every reasonable measure and precaution to protect and secure the personal data that we process. We have robust information security policies and procedures in place to protect personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction and have several layers of security measures.
Regarding the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) which came into force across the European Union on the 25th May 2018 and brings with it the most significant changes to data protection law in two decades. Based on privacy by design and taking a risk-based approach, the GDPR has been designed to meet the requirements of the digital age.
Conversion Therapy
Hypnotherapy Training Institute does not allow, condone, or support 'Conversion Therapy' or any other therapy which aims to proactively change a person's Gender Identity, Gender expression or sexual orientation. If a Member of Hypnosis New Zealand is seen to be using methods such as these, please report it to support@hypnosisnewzealand.co.nz

Hypnotherapy Institute is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information under our remit and in developing a data protection regime that is effective, fit for purpose and demonstrates an understanding of, and appreciation for the new GDPR Regulation. Our preparation and objectives for GDPR compliance have been summarised in this statement and include the development and implementation of new data protection roles, policies, procedures, controls and measures to ensure maximum and ongoing compliance.
Information Audit - We routinely carry out a company-wide information auditing to identify and assess what personal information we hold, where it comes from, how and why it is processed and if and to whom it is disclosed.
What data we collect -
HNZ Site visitors - Visitors of the HNZ site have no data collect for except for cookies as mentioned in our Cookies Policy.
HNZ Platform - Members of HNZ provide personal information when signing up limited to name, email address and a chosen password. The password is encrypted and not stored by HNZ. The Privacy Policy of the 3rd party Heights Platform can be found on the following link here
HNZ Professional and Registered Membership - We collect address, phone, email. These are stored on a 3rd party CRM system, their privacy policy can be viewed here.
HNZ Newsletter - Visitors who sign up to the HNZ newsletter provide their name and email address. This data is stored on the servers of Sendfox and Mailerlite.
Policies & Procedures - implementing new data protection policies and procedures to meet the requirements and standards of the GDPR and any relevant data protection laws, including:
Data Protection – our main policy states that we hold no customer financial data on a web connected database. The HNZ mailing list database is held on the Mailerlite and Sendfox servers.
International Data Transfers & Third-Party Disclosures – where Hypnosis New Zealand stores or transfers personal information outside the NZ, we have robust procedures and safeguarding measures in place to secure, encrypt and maintain the integrity of the data.
Obtaining Consent - we are revising our consent mechanisms for obtaining personal data, ensuring that individuals understand what they are providing, why and how we use it and giving clear, defined ways to consent to us processing their information.
Direct Marketing - we are revising the wording and processes for direct marketing, including clear opt-in/out mechanisms for marketing subscriptions; a clear notice and method for opting out and providing unsubscribe features on all subsequent marketing materials.

Hypnosis New Zealand is dedicated and is assigned as the Data Protection appointed entity following the new data protection Regulations. The HNZ entity is responsible for promoting awareness of the GDPR across the organisation, assessing the GDPR status, identifying any gap areas and implementing the new policies, procedures and measures.
